HP PCs - Troubleshooting HP Support Assistant (Windows 10, eight, seven)

This document applies to HP computers and tablets with HP Support Assistant and Windows 10, Windows 8, or Windows 7.

HP Back up Assistant optimizes computer functioning and resolves problems using diagnostic tools and utilities. HP Support Assistant provides an access point for software updates, product information, online classes, and provides HP contact information.

note:
For business concern computers, see Using HP SoftPaq Download Manager. This utility provides a quick and easy manner to download software and driver updates for HP commercial notebook and desktop PCs.

Resolve most HP Back up Banana issues past downloading and installing the latest version of HP Support Banana from the HP Back up Assistant website. Use the information in this document to troubleshoot specific HP Support Banana problems.

Exclamation marker on HP Support Assistant icon

Uninstall the HP Support Banana using the post-obit steps:

Double-click Hewlett-Packard, so select HP Support Assistant.
